We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to the "FastMosaic Pro" application (hereinafter "the App") developed and operated by the developer. Please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy before using the App. By starting to use the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.
The App is a fully offline photo-mosaicking tool whose core features work without any network connection. We do not collect, upload, or store any of your personal information on any server. Specifically:
1. Photo picking: The App lets you pick photos to mosaic through the built-in iOS photo picker (PHPicker). This process is hosted by the system and does not require photo-library access permission; we do not read, scan, or collect any other photos in your library. The photos you choose are used only on your device, in the current session, for mosaicking.
2. Face and text detection: The "Face Mosaic" and "Text Mosaic" features use the built-in iOS Vision framework to detect faces and text on your device, solely to generate mosaic regions. This is done entirely on-device; no image or detection data is uploaded, and no recognized text content is stored.
3. Saving to Photos (optional): Mosaicked results are saved by default only in the App's local sandbox storage. If you choose "Save Image" to your Photos library via the system share sheet, iOS will ask for your "Add Photos" permission; this is entirely your choice.
4. Locally stored data: The App stores the following data on your device: mosaicked result images (in the app sandbox), a history index (relative image paths and creation times), and user preferences (such as privacy-consent status). All of this data stays on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
The "Face Mosaic" feature detects faces entirely on your device using the built-in iOS Vision framework. The App obtains only temporary face bounding-box coordinates (rectangle positions within the photo) needed to place the mosaic effect. The App does not collect, store, upload, transmit, share, or sell any face images, face templates, facial geometry, or other biometric identifiers.
1. Use: face bounding-box coordinates are used solely to render the mosaic/blur overlay on the photo you selected, and for no other purpose;
2. Retention: none. The coordinates exist only in memory while you are on the editing screen and are deleted immediately when you leave it; they are never written to disk and do not survive App termination. There is therefore no face-data retention period;
3. Sharing: none. Face data is never shared with, or accessible to, any third party, server, or SDK; the App performs no network requests of any kind;
4. Storage: none for face data. The only images saved are the final mosaicked results you choose to keep (in which faces are pixelated and no longer constitute face data), stored in the App sandbox and, only if you explicitly choose, in your Photos library;
5. Deletion: because no face data is stored, there is no face data to delete; you may delete saved mosaicked results at any time from History, and uninstalling the App removes all local data.
The App does not collect your personal information. On-device data is used only to:
1. Mosaic faces, text, or manual regions on the photos you choose;
2. Save mosaicked results locally so you can view, share, or re-edit them at any time;
3. Record your privacy-consent status to avoid repeated prompts and improve the experience.
All image processing and detection happen on your device (using the iOS Vision framework and Core Image); no network data transmission is involved.
1. The core mosaicking and detection features run fully offline and work without a network connection.
2. All user data (including mosaicked images and the history index) is stored only in your device's local sandbox.
3. We never upload any of your personal or usage data to cloud servers.
4. We never share, provide, or sell your data to any third party.
5. When you delete history in the App or uninstall the App, the related local data is removed.
The App integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, social-sharing, or user-behavior SDKs, and performs no data tracking or network requests of any kind.
1. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are bundled with the App as local built-in documents; reading them in the App requires no network connection and does not open any external web page;
2. Only when you tap "Feedback" does the App invoke the system mail app so you can send us comments; the email content is written by you and no personal data is transmitted automatically.
You have the following rights and may exercise them at any time:
1. Manage the App's permissions in iOS Settings;
2. Delete a single history item or clear all history data in the App;
3. Decide for yourself whether to share mosaicked results or save them to Photos;
4. Uninstall the App at any time to permanently remove all local data.
The App is primarily intended for adult users. If you are a minor under 18, please use the App under the guidance and with the consent of a legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes occur, we will notify you in the App by appropriate means. The updated policy takes effect once published. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
