一、服务说明 / Service Description

MindLite（以下简称"本应用"）是一款纯本地离线思维导图工具，为用户提供创建、编辑、管理思维导图的功能。本应用所有数据存储于用户设备本地，不提供任何云端服务。

MindLite ("the App") is a fully offline mind mapping tool that provides users with the ability to create, edit, and manage mind maps. All data is stored locally on the user's device, and no cloud services are provided.

二、用户权利 / User Rights

• 您有权自由创建、编辑和删除您的思维导图数据

• 您有权导出思维导图为图片格式

• 您对使用本应用创建的所有内容拥有完整的所有权

• 您有权随时停止使用本应用

• You have the right to freely create, edit, and delete your mind map data

• You have the right to export mind maps as images

• You have full ownership of all content created using the App

• You have the right to stop using the App at any time

三、用户责任 / User Responsibilities

• 您应妥善保管设备，防止数据因设备丢失或损坏而遗失

• 您不得使用本应用创建、存储或传播任何违法违规内容

• 卸载应用将永久删除所有本地数据，请在卸载前自行备份

• You should keep your device safe to prevent data loss due to device loss or damage

• You must not use the App to create, store, or distribute any illegal content

• Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data; please back up before uninstalling

四、知识产权 / Intellectual Property

本应用的界面设计、代码、图标等知识产权归开发者所有。用户创建的思维导图内容归用户所有。

The intellectual property rights of the App's interface design, code, icons, etc., belong to the developer. Mind map content created by users belongs to the users.

五、免责声明 / Disclaimer

• 本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证

• 开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何数据丢失承担责任

• 开发者不对因设备故障、系统更新等不可控因素导致的数据丢失承担责任

• The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties

• The developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the App

• The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by uncontrollable factors such as device failure or system updates

六、服务变更 / Service Changes

开发者保留随时修改、更新或终止本应用服务的权利。重大变更将通过应用更新说明通知用户。

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the App's services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through app update notes.

七、协议更新 / Changes to Terms

我们可能会不时更新本服务协议。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的协议。

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

八、适用法律 / Governing Law

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释。

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
