Welcome to the "SuperWatermark" application (hereinafter "the App"), developed and operated by the developer. Please read and fully understand these Terms of Service before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
The App provides the following image-watermarking features and services:
1. Text Watermark: add customizable text watermarks with adjustable font size, color, opacity, rotation angle, and position;
2. Image Watermark: import a logo or signature image as a watermark with adjustable scale, opacity, and position;
3. Time Watermark: add a current timestamp watermark for work records and on-site documentation;
4. Batch Watermark: select multiple photos and apply a uniform text watermark to all at once;
5. Batch Image: select multiple photos and apply a uniform image watermark (logo) to all at once;
6. History management: automatically saves watermarked results locally with paginated browsing and preview;
7. Saving to Photos: export watermarked results to your device photo album.
All image processing uses the iOS Core Graphics and Core Image frameworks; the App runs fully offline and works without a network connection.
When using the App, you agree to:
1. Comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your local jurisdiction;
2. Not use the App for any illegal or unlawful activities;
3. Not use the App to process or spread illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content;
4. Ensure you have lawful rights to the images you process, and not infringe others' portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property, or other legitimate rights;
5. Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
6. Not interfere with the normal operation of the App in any way.
All content of the App, including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, and text, is protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and international copyright treaties; its intellectual property belongs to the developer.
Without the developer's written permission, no one may copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App in any form.
The intellectual property of the original images you process and the watermarked results belongs to you or the original rights holder.
1. The App provides only an image-watermarking tool; watermarked results are for your own use. You are responsible for confirming that the watermark effect meets your needs before publishing or distributing the results.
2. The developer is not liable for compatibility issues caused by differences in device hardware or operating-system versions.
3. The developer is not liable for service interruption or termination caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters or policy changes).
4. You are responsible for backing up important image data; the developer is not liable for data loss caused by device failure, misoperation, or clearing history.
1. The developer may adjust, update, or terminate the App's features as business needs evolve, and will notify users by appropriate means.
2. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. After uninstallation, all your local data on the device will be cleared.
The developer may amend these Terms of Service as needed. Amended terms will be published in the App or on related pages and take effect from the publication date. If you continue to use the App after an amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms.
The formation, performance, and interpretation of these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the developer's location.
